Pleasant Elementary School District measure authorizing $27,500,000 in bonds at legal rates, levying $0.3 cents/$100 assessed value, $1,600,000 annually while bonds are outstanding, with independent citizen oversight, no money for administrators' salaries/pensions/benefits, and all money benefiting local schools?
