Person of the year American Legion, vice prisent of The Garfield Vietam Veterns Mounment, and former US Army Veteran, President of Community Outreach for a New Cancer" State of the Art" Proton Center, $85,000,00 project that we will begin building in 2019 in Montebello, Calif.
