Biography

As a Butte County Water Commissioner and a local Business Director I understand how critical it is for Oroville to protect our water rights, the State has it's sites set to gain control of all the water in California so they are in charge of Allocating and Rationing as they see fit in Sacramento. With my business experience, edcucation in "Business Law" and County Water Commission knowledge, I fell that I am in a great position to help SFWP and it's customers.
