My Top 3 Priorities

  • I believe in collaboration in the management and direction of our schools through working with the students, teachers, administrators, and community members and businesses.
  • I am committed to open communication and partnerships with our community, teachers and schools.
  • I also believe in transparency of leadership decisions and accountability by our leaders for the vision and direction of the district. As a community, we need to maintain and develop programs that will help our students grow and thrive.

Experience

Biography

·         Cloverdale resident since 1998 with two children in local schools

·         Biology teacher at Cloverdale High School for 7 years

·         Pioneered the AP Biology class and oversaw construction of the Biology lab, development of the greenhouse, garden area and vineyard as an outdoor classroom and experimental area

·         Taught ROP Construction and helped write grants for funding that program

·         Volunteered as a science guest speaker in elementary classrooms

·         Volunteered as pro bono Project Manager for the construction of Kleiser Park and pump house

·         Currently running Karma Dog Construction, Inc.
