  • Prepare all students for success in their choice of college and/or career, by elminating the achievement gap
  • Invest in our neighborhood schools so that every family believes that their children can receive a top quality education in their own neighborhood
  • Develop a future teacher pipeline so that our teaching force mirrors the demographics of our student body, and so that our current students who want to teach are supported to come back into our schools as educators
