My Top 3 Priorities

  • We need to create land use policies that make retail more successful in Chula Vista. If we do this, Chula Vista residents will have better shopping options which will drive local sales. We can meet our goals without new taxes.
  • Fiscal sustainability that leads to: enhanced public safety; implement comprehensive street repair and new infrastructure program; graffiti clean up; all around improved city services.
  • I have deep roots and a record of achievement in Southwest Chula VIsta. I am will fight to bring and recieve a fair share of resources for District 4.
